As a young professional just getting my feet wet in the Real Estate industry, I found myself filled with unmitigated joy and excitement with every single phone call or referral. Back in 2002, I was a freshly minted, fully dedicated new Realtor® with a passion for going above and beyond for my clients. I had started my Real Estate career based on one simple, yet sincere, belief:
If the home is where the heart is, then I was being entrusted with the very heart and happiness of my clients.
With this belief in mind, it became my personal mission to ensure my clients received a Real Estate experience where they felt valued, heard, seen, and respected. My goal was to treat my clients like I would want to be treated with unmatched service, fierce negotiation, total transparency, and excellent work.
Unfortunately, many of the Real Estate professionals I was aligned with during the start of my career did not share my passion. The quality of representation from other Real Estate agents was disastrously lacking, to the point that I would often hear from clients of other Brokers about their negative experiences, including one couple who defeatedly confessed to me, “Next time we need to buy or sell a house, we will call you – not that agent who represented us.” While it was a huge compliment and validation for my work ethic and my passion for serving the client above and beyond all else – it also threw up a massive red flag that I was simply unable to continue to ignore: The real estate industry was broken.
...so I set out to change it.
In 2017, I opened Realty Boutique – a real estate brokerage firm with a passion for doing things differently. With a commitment to building a company culture that valued and venerated our clients and our coworkers alike, I created Realty Boutique centered on a commitment to excellence, a willingness to evolve, and the unwavering support, service, and advocacy of our clients. We offer tailor-made solutions for our client’s particular situation – whether they are first-time homebuyers or multi-million-dollar, high-priced luxury real estate investors. It was my goal to structure Realty Boutique to utilize in-depth market research, tactical business strategies, and world-class customer service to deliver a real estate experience unlike any other. We help our sellers sell for top dollar, our home buyers buy faster, and our real estate investors fortify their portfolios.
